2017 Shadybrook Estate Platine Blanc, Napa Valley, USA (750ML) Small Batch Bottled at barrel strengthWINEMAKER'S NOTES: This vintage of Platin Blanc is full and rich with aromatics of floral apple blossom, ripe Meyer lemon, and fresh tarragon. It has a very complex mid palate flavor profile with a core of stone fruits and Asian apple pear along with creamy tropical fruit. A clean river stone minerality is clear throughout working with layers of oats, fig, and maple to the fluent finish. Soft viscous mouth feel combined with lively round acidity makes
