Constructed of aluminum, the obverse consisting of a shield executed in blue and red, overlaid by a Cross Patte pierced through the centrepiece by a pair of crossed sabres, bearing a central black mobile swastika, the three and nine oclock arms bearing a raised Cyrillic inscription of , the six oclock arm bearing a raised date of 28. X. 1941, and the twelve oclock arm bearing a number 5, the reverse with a
