A Naval Badge, Type Ii, C.1943 Hold (Odre Royal du Lion)A Second War Croatian Naval Badge; Type II Bronze badge, with enameled center, 36mm(w) x 48mm(h), unmarked, in worn condition. Footnote: Badge was introduced in 1942 and was worn by the members of Croatian Naval Legion. Croatian Naval Legion was involved in the Eastern (Russian) front as part of the German Naval group 'Unterseebootjagerflotille 23' at the Black Sea during 1942 43. Legions commander was Andro Vrkljan, and duties of the Legion included
